Health Department consists of five Divisions:

Behavioral Health Division:

  • Programs to serve clients with mental health and/or substance use disorder
  • Programs available for persons 7 years and older
  • Individual and Group Counseling
  • Medication monitoring and management
  • Crisis intervention
  • Psychiatric services

Nursing Division:

  • Child, Adult Immunizations, TB Testing
  • Pregnancy Testing
  • Vision & Hearing Testing
  • WIC –   Women, Infant and Children supplemental nutrition program
  • FCM –   Family Case Management
  • Communicable Disease Surveillance
  • School Nursing

Environmental Health Division:

  1. Potable water
  2. Private sewage
  3. Food sanitation

Other Programs Include:

  • Plan Reviews
  • Nuisance investigations
  • Tanning
  • West Nile Virus
  • Tattooing and body piercing
  • Smoke Free Illinois

Administration Division:

  • Employee files, payroll, accounts payable and receivable, fiscal reporting

Seniors Division:

  • Flexible Community Services
  • Community Care Program (CCP)
  • Title IIB and Title IIIE Services Family Caregiver Resource Center and Information/Assistance (CRC)

      3. Send a written request to the address below.

      Fees:

      • The first 50 pages copied are free, after that additional pages can be charged at no more than 15 cents per page.
      • Colored, enlarged and single sided may be charged an additional amount.
